Introduction
This bulletin includes details about arrival/departure information, accompanying persons, registration fees and daily transport to conference site.

Important:
Invitation Letter:  Please carry your invitation letter when you come to the conference complex for the first time, may it be 8th or 9th March, 2006  in case the security persons require you to show it.  After the registration, the  'Conference Badge'  will be enough.

Arrival and Departure Information:
In case you had not provided the exact details of the arrival and departure information of your flights in your registration form, please update the records on the web page by going there and logging in with your password. In addition, please also send an e-mail to lcws06@tifr.res.in and conferenceblr@tci.co.in. If you want the TCI to make the pick up arrangements, let them know.

On Arrival
There will be a travel desk at the Bangalore Airport on the 8th and 9th March. The TCI have agreed to book a taxi for you at a charge of US $15 to be paid later during the workshop. They have also agreed to pool people who arrive together. There also exists a prepaid taxi counter at the airport; the typical cost would be Indian Rupees 300 - 400, depending upon the hotel location with an extra night charge for people arriving at late night. The travel desk people at the conference can direct you to the prepaid taxi counter, where you will have to pay in Rupees the amount requested. A representative of the Conference Organisers will be present at the travel desk.

Accompanying Persons:
We would like to have the details of accompanying persons. Could you please go to the website and fill the details about accompanying persons in your regsitration forms? We need to have this information for the Banquet as well as for setting up the accompanying persons program.

Registration Fee Payment:
Those of you who have not yet paid your registration fee, kindly confirm your participation to lcws06@tifr.res.in. If you wish to pay upon arrival you may pay by cash either US$ 300, Indian Rupees 15810.00, Euro 255.00, Japanese Yen 35,100 or 175 GBP. There are also ATM's in the Institute campus which will accept your credit card and you can withdraw the equivalent number of Indian Rupees from the Automat. It is still not clear whether it will be possible to make payments using credit cards, though we are making efforts towards that.

Daily Transportation for Conference Site:
Arrangements will be made to transport delegates from their hotels to the conference site. Details will be posted on the Web as well as handed over to the participants when they check in their hotels.
