Low Temperature Facility

To mmet the growing liquid helium demand, LTF-TIFR recently installed and commissioined the fully automated, PLC controlled modern helium liquefier.

Model: L-280 Linde make

The above plant was installed in the month of March 2008 and commissioing in May 2009. The formal inaguration of the above liquefier was on 11th July 2008 by Prof. M Burma, Director, TIFR.
