The XII International Workshop on Neutrino Factories, Super beams and Beta beams
is being organized by Tata Institute of Fundamental Research and the India-based
Neutrino Observatory (INO). It will be held at the Tata Institute, Mumbai,
India during 20 to 25 October, 2010.

Registration Procedure
Registration for the Workshop can be done by filling up and submitting the online form provided through the workshop website. Registration fee is USD 380 if paid by 20 September 2010. Registration is possible after 20 September, but the fee is USD 425.
The registration fee includes welcome reception, lunches, tea/coffee/snacks during all breaks, Banquet, daily transport between the Venue to the respective hotels, excursion, workshop material and proceedings.
Charge for accompanying person is USD 60, which includes Welcome reception, Banquet, and excursion.

Abstract submission
If you would like to submit an abstract for a oral contribution,
please follow the abstract submission procedure given in the Workshop
website. In the Registration page, please remember to mention the Working
group to which your abstract should go.
Accommodation
Arrangements have been made with two good hotels for participants of NUFACT10. These two are within a short distance from the venue. Special rates have been negotiated for the conference delegates. Transport arrangements between the hotels and the workshop venue will be made. Please book early, because the number of rooms are limited.
Accommodation will be booked by the participants according to their choice made in the registration form. Please follow the instructions given in the appropriate section of the registration form in this regard.
Participants will pay the charges to the hotels themselves. All major credit cards are accepted at the hotels. The tariff for the hotels is given below. All the rates are exclusive of local taxes (10%) but include buffet breakfast.
Please identify yourselves as one of the delegates of the NUFAC10 (or Neutrino Factory) meeting, while contacting the Hotel Staff.

Currency and Banks
Indian currency is in Rupees (INR) and the current exchange rate is approximately INR 45 = USD 1.
There are many banks, including major foreign banks, very close to the hotels. They are generally
open from 1000 hrs to 1400 hrs Monday to Saturday. Some banks are open till 1800 hrs.
Major forex companies also have branches close the hotels.
Weather
October weather in Mumbai is typically called "post-monsoon" weather.
Day time temperatures are in the low 30's centigrade and humid.
The nights are cooler though.
Interesting things around the Venue
Tata Institute is located at the southern most tip of the city of Mumbai.
The hotels that we have arranged are within 4km from the Institute.
Most of the places of tourist attraction are very close by.
The places include world heritage sites, buildings, art and handicraft
and souvenir shops and a wide range of restaurants.
