  • Please indicate in the registration page if you want us to arrange airport pickup car for you

  • Your Airport pickup vehicle will be waiting outside the arrival gate, with your name placard.

  • The fare is INR xxx, to be paid you to the driver at the time of alighting

  • The fare is for the car, and can typically accommodate two persons comfortably.

  • The driver will give you a receipt if you ask.

  • Daily Transport arrangements between the hotels and the workshop venue will be made by us, included in the registration fee.
