Death Valley, California

Some photographs here are from the first trip I made during Thanksgiving weekend, November 2001. Death Valley perhaps gets rain for a day or two in a year, and it rained when we were there !! It was wonderful to see the desert coming to life all around you, and to take in the fragrance of life carried by the moist winds. Some more pictures are from a later trip with Sreelaja, my father and friends.
