First four photographs (Alone, August 2006):
From
a hike done in the full fury of the monsoon, on a particularly windy day.
Harihar is a unique prism-shaped fort with vertical walls on all sides. The
only approach is through narrow exposed stairs on one face. I had a village
boy, Bhavdu, for company. At the end of it all, I went and had a warm cup of
goat-milk tea in their hut with his family.
