Students are selected through a highly competitive entrance exam followed by an interview selection process..The Ph. D. programme is for students who already hold an M.Sc. Degree while students who qualify for the graduate programme of the institute directly after B.Sc. can obtain an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. degree through the Int. M.Sc.-Ph.D. programme.
