List of accommodation with special prices for LP11 participants
We have negotiated for special discounted tariffs for LP11 in the following list of hotels. All these hotels are within 6km from the venue. We will arrange transport between all these hotels and the symposium venue.
Each hotel has a special reservation form. To take advantage of the discounted tariffs, participants are advised to download the registration form, fill it in and email it directly to the email address provided on the form. Please CC a copy to us a lp11 _at_ tifr.res.in to help us keep track.
Also, please indicate your choice of accommodation in your LP11 registration form. The registration form will also indicate how many rooms are left.
Taxes have increased to 15.1% from 10% when this table was first put up.
IMPORTANT: Hotel Ambassador and Hotel Astoria have the clause that the tariff and availability are valid only if booked before June 30.

How to reach HBCSE and BARC GH: HBCSE and BARC GH can be reached by taxi from different railway stations/airport by mentioning the destination as "Anushaktinagar". For BARC GH, one should enter the Anushaktinagar gate and identify oneself to the security near the gate, and then proceed inside. For HBCSE, one should not enter the Anushaktinagar gate, but proceed a short distance on the road and cross the bus depot to reach the HBCSE (about 100m from Anushaktinagar gate). For both HBCSE and BARC GH, please keep your identification card ready.
