I did my Ph.D under the guidance of Manindra Agrawal from Chennai Mathematical Institute. Following my Ph.D I was a Research Fellow at Microsoft Research India for a year hosted by Neeraj Kayal and Satya Lokam. Subsequently, I was a post-doctoral fellow at Tel Aviv University hosted by Amir Shpilka before joining TIFR.
My academic interests are in:
- Pseudorandomness and derandomization
- Algebraic circuit complexity
- Anything with an algebraic flavour
WACT 2019: Prahladh Harsha, Srikanth Srinivasan and I recently organised the ICTS Workshop on Algebraic Complexity Theory, held at the International Center for Theoretical Sciences, Bangalore from March 25th to 29th, 2019.
WACT 2016: In February 2016, Amir Shpilka, Michael Forbes and I organized the 4th Workshop on Algebraic Complexity Theory. The website has lots of reference material, a list of accessible open problems, (sessions were recorded and videos are available on the webpage) and I would highly recommend people who are interested to visit the site.
